Ingredients

1 cup milk

½ cup homemade or canned pumpkin puree, no sugar added

cup rolled oats

2 tbsp raw almonds

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp cacao nibs

1 to 2 pitted fresh dates

½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
