1 cup milk

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen 

1 cup chopped kale

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp honey

1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
