Blood Orange Paleo Smoothie to Boost Immunity

2 blood oranges, peeled and chopped

1 cup frozen mango chunks

½ tsp sliced ginger (more or less to taste)

1 cup unsweetened coconut water or water

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
