Anti-Inflammatory Paleo Spinach Smoothie

1 cup water

½ large ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup frozen cranberries

1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

2 cups fresh spinach (or ½ cup frozen spinach)

½ medium apple, cored and chopped

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp honey or to taste

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
