Pina Colada Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup full fat coconut milk

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

½ small ripe banana, previously sliced and frozen

1 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp unsweetened finely shredded coconut

6 almonds

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

1 tsp honey or to taste (optional)

½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
