Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

1½ cup milk

¼ cup frozen spinach or 1 cup fresh spinach

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolled oats in 1 cup milk overnight.
  2. Pour into blender and add the rest of ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
