Ridiculously Good Protein Smoothie (With a Spinach Boost)

1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen

½ small ripe avocado, chopped

1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla whey protein powder

¼ cup frozen spinach (or 1 cup fresh spinach)

1 cup milk

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
