1 cup milk

½ small ripe banana, sliced and frozen

½ cup frozen strawberries

1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla whey protein powder

2 tbsp dry roasted peanuts

½ cup ice


  1. Place the peanuts in a blender and blend until the peanuts begin to turn creamy.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
