1 cup milk

1 cup frozen strawberries

¼ cup chopped avocado

¼ cup rolled oats

1 tbsp flax seeds

½ cup frozen spinach (or 2 cups fresh spinach)

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp honey or to taste

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
