1 cup plain yogurt

½ cup cubed ripe watermelon (black seeds removed)

½ cup frozen mixed berries

1 small orange, peeled and chopped

½ small ripe banana, previously chopped and frozen

2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tsp honey or to taste

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
