Banana Pineapple Breakfast Smoothie

Tried and True Pineapple Banana Breakfast Smoothie



1 cup milk

1 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen

½ small ripe banana, previously sliced and frozen

1 tbsp raw walnuts

½ tsp ground turmeric

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ cup rolled oats

2 tsp honey or to taste

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
