Ingredients

1 cup milk

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 medium orange, peeled and chopped

½ cup rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seed

¼ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp honey or to taste

½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
