1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen

½ cup frozen spinach or 1 cup fresh spinach

2 ripe kiwis, peeled, cut into chunks

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp walnuts

1 to 2 pitted fresh date

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
