1 cup unsweetened coconut water

½ cup low sodium cottage cheese

1 cup chopped ripe peaches, fresh or frozen

½ cup frozen raspberries

2 tbsp cashews

2 tbsp rolled oats

1 tsp melted coconut oil

1 to 2 pitted fresh dates

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
