1 cup chopped kale
1 cup chopped spinach
1 celery stick, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
½ medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey or to taste
1 cup water
1 cup ice
