1 cup milk
1 apple, cored and chopped
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen kale (or 2 cups fresh)
½ small avocado, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 ½ tbsp acai powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 to 2 pitted fresh dates
½ to 1 cup ice
