Ingredients

1 cup brewed and chilled green tea

½ cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen

½ cup frozen cherries

½ red grapefruit, peeled and chopped

¼ cup avocado, peeled and chopped

1 ½ tsp melted coconut oil

1/8 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

1 to 2 pitted fresh dates

½ to 1 cup ice
